We stand by our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your jennipurse, you may return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Returned within 60 days of delivery
  • In original condition with all tags and packaging
  • Free of damage caused by misuse
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. How to Start a Return

Email support@jennipurse.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and an address.

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a tracked service — we cannot refund items lost in transit back to us.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

Need a different color? Contact us and we'll arrange an exchange at no extra cost (subject to availability).

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund including shipping.

8. Digital Products

Due to their nature, digital products (eBooks, downloads) are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. If you experience technical issues, contact support and we'll make it right.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items, gift cards, and items marked as non-returnable cannot be refunded.
